Questo sofisticato appartamento in città si trova al 3 ° piano con vista panoramica sul mare e sulla città. Ci sono due balconi, uno sul soggiorno / sala da pranzo con vista mozzafiato sul Mediterraneo e l'altro, sul retro, vicino alle due camere da letto, offre pace e tranquillità con vista sui giardini vicini.

Questo moderno appartamento di 78 mq offre un alto livello di comfort. Dispone di aria condizionata in entrambe le camere da letto e nel soggiorno, tapparelle automatiche, riscaldamento centralizzato a pavimento, TV a grande schermo, lettore DVD, connessione internet Wi-Fi, telefono e ascensore.

L'ampio salone / sala da pranzo ha pavimenti in parquet originali. La cucina di design in stile americano ha pavimento in marmo, piano di lavoro in granito ed è completamente attrezzata.

Passeggiando per il corridoio, il bagno principale è sulla sinistra e ha una vasca da bagno di dimensioni standard, con doccia, WC e lavandino di grandi dimensioni. Ci sono anche unità di archiviazione integrate e una lavatrice.

Le due camere da letto si trovano dall'altra parte dell'appartamento e dispongono di molto spazio nell'armadio. Ci sono 2 letti singoli in ogni camera che possono essere uniti per formare 2 letti matrimoniali. La grande camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato con doccia, lavandino e wc. Entrambe le camere hanno accesso diretto al balcone sul retro.


C'è il riscaldamento a pavimento in tutto l'appartamento per i mesi invernali.

PARCHEGGIO:
L'appartamento non dispone di parcheggio. Il parcheggio pubblico più vicino si chiama "Palais Massena" che si trova accanto al Negresco Hotel. All'arrivo è possibile acquistare pass a prezzo speciale presso l'ufficio di parcheggio - 7 giorni di pas costa circa 110 euro.

I traghetti arrivano a Nizza da St. Tropez, Corsica e Italia.
Tutte le compagnie di autonoleggio hanno sede al Terminal 2.

L'autobus n. 98 parte dall'aeroporto ogni 20 minuti (costa € 6) e ti lascerà di fronte all'appartamento (impiega circa 15 minuti) al Grosso / C. U.M stop sul lungomare.
Il taxi costa circa € 35 all'appartamento.

The most magnificent view you could ask for looking at the beautiful blue Mediterranean. Public transport, restaurants & groceries all within easy walking distance..And we have to give an extra shout out to the building superintendent/manager. He went above and beyond to assist our adult son find his way home after a night of too much partying. Whatever they pay him is not enough. Thanks a million!

This was our family’s first time in Nice and we loved our apartment! The ocean views and easy access to the beach and promenade was worth the price. Grocery stores were conveniently close by. Spacious enough for our family of four. Highly appreciated the supérate washer and dryer!

Super apartment for a two week stay for our 25th anniversary. The kitchen was particularly great and it was nice to have a washer/dryer. We could easily walk to all our favorite places and the balcony was the best. Big thanks to Lorna and to Mark!

Had a super experience in Nice made all the better with location of the apartment. Ideal if you like relaxing, people watching and close to the necessary amenities, within close proximity to tram for that all important visit to the port. Apartment had everything we needed.

What a beautiful, relaxing apartment! The views alone were spectacular! We loved the balcony and enjoyed breakfast and afternoon drinks watching people stroll on the Promenade and listening to the waves crashing the shore. With the balcony doors open, there was a wonderful breeze that cooled the entire apartment. We went to the beach often and the pads provided really helped! The location is near to stores and restaurants and was walking distance to everything we needed. Inside the apartment was perfect! Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was so well stocked with plenty of utensils for cooking. Although we didn’t watch tv or movies or play games, there seemed to be a good collection which would come in handy on a rainy day. The bedroom air conditioners were handy for sleeping, the beds were comfy, and the rooms had a smaller balcony. We had a washer and a dryer, so it really was like being at home. We highly recommend this apartment and really hope we can return.

I could go on and on about the location of this property, the fact that it fronts on the Med, that it is a short walk to the tram and to everything else, that Lorna, the manager, is on top of everything, that the rooms are bright but I suspect all other guests have made those same comments. So let me add the following. When I stay in a hotel I want classy glasses to enjoy wine, and more importantly scotch, in. It just makes the drinks tastes better. So in addition to all the amenities everyone has commented on in previous reviews (which I totally agree with) let me just say that I loved all the glasses, and plates, and all the items that made me feel at home. Looking forward to another extended visit soon. James and Carol

Perfect little spot to walk to the site sod nice. Very cosy and the kitchen has all essentials. Very quiet with the doors closed but the. Oh balcony allows you to enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets. Would definitely recommend.

A return to this apartment again this year & it doesn't disappoint. Ideal for 2 x couples & fully equipped. A great, friendly reception from Lorna & you're good to go. Ideally positioned with a short walk into the old town, which oozes character & 100 yards from the beach & toes in the Med! A short walk & you're in easy reach of a supermarket, a fantastic patisserie & the city tram system that runs from the airport to the port. Bring on 2024..

The apartment is centrally located with a tram service in the back and grocery store and bakery only one block away. The balcony has a table and four chairs which was perfect for my husband and me and our daughter and her husband. Great place to have coffee or tea in the morning. Kitchen was well equipped. We recommend it.

The communication and service was first class, with 3 of us coming for rugby world cup in Nice, one of us early, which Lorna in touch to allow the first well before check in. Mark was in touch before to rejig the apartment to suit us perfectly, and they allowed a late leaver to leave luggage for a late flight (I would assume they wouldn't always be able to do this, but was a great help) The apartment was absolutely lovely, with a big balcony/terrace at the front and a balcony at the back for the bedrooms. Flat was spotless, with good beds , very nice kitchen etc and everything that was needed, including beach stuff/loungers etc. Very roomy, quiet and very good quality. Black out blinds, very good quality stuff, and despite it being on the prom (what a view!) There wasn't noise at night. Very quiet block with a caretaker, this is good quality, with plenty nearby ( boulangerie, supermarket, cafes etc) and the tram stop is 2 minutes away which takes you everywhere, old town is a stroll away anyway, beach across the street. Nice is a fantastic city, all three of us have the details and will come back with partners etc All in all, fantastic, thanks Mark and Lorna

Our family of 4 spent a week here, explorong Nice and spending lits of time on the beach. The accommodations included everything we needed, from sun umbrellas to beavh shoes. I would highly recommend this location!

This property has everything you need. Wonderful location, great beach across the street, great shops, public transportation, clean. Lorna was amazing and gave us great information. We would love to come back again. Truly amazing place.

What a fabulous apartment! 4 ladies of a certain age enjoying a “girls” break in beautiful Nice. We couldn’t have chosen a better apartment, it had everything we needed and Lorna (her Mum & the dog) made us so welcome. The proximity of the tram stop, supermarket, bus stops and an amazing Boulangerie make this a fabulous place to stay in Nice. We’ll definitely coming back.
