Non mi è piaciuto: Comfort della camera
L'albergo si trova non molto distante dalla stazione: comodo per chi viaggia in treno ma, purtroppo, la zona non è tra le migliori della città. L'albergo è privo di un parcheggio privato. La soluzione è quella di lasciare l'auto in un parcheggio pubblico nei pressi, con cui l'albergo ha una convenzione ma solo per le ore notturne. Durante il giorno è preferibile lasciare l'automobile altrove perché i prezzi di quel parcheggio sono decisamente esagerati. La stanza era piuttosto piccola, la porta scorrevole del bagno rovinata e con la maniglia rotta. Le tende della finestra in parte staccate dall'asse che le reggeva. Il tutto dava un vago senso di trascuratezza. La colazione viceversa è buona e abbondante.

VIAGGIO IN FAMIGLIA
Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel solo per una notte ma tutto è andato benissimo. Il check in è stato veloce e la signorina che ci ha accolti è stata molto gentile. Le camere erano ottime, pulite e ben arredate anche se non enormi. La colazione al mattino è stata ottima, abbondante e con una discreta varietà di cibo sia dolce che salato. L'unica pecca, se così si può definire, è la zona vicino alla stazione che non è proprio il top della città. Nel complesso la nostra esperienza in questo Hotel è stata ottima e consiglierei a tutti di andarci senza alcuna esitazione.

Il soggiorno è stato breve (1 giorno), ma ho apprezzato il servizio e la tipologia di albergo. L'unico inconveniente è che sei nella zona della stazione e lontano dal centro.

Hotel grazioso semicentrale
Piccolo hotel a 15 minuti a piedi da Piazza Massena. Il personale è molto cordiale, giovane, educato e disponibile con diversi dipendenti italiani e quindi il dialogo è stato facile. La camera è molto confortevole con possibilità di chiudere la porta che separa l'ingresso e il bagno dalla camera, permettendo così di avere un ambiente ancora più silenzioso. Unico inconveniente l'ascensore guasto nei due giorni di nostra permanenza. Ma il personale ha portato le valigie in camera al terzo piano , raggiungibile senza fare molti scalini. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, è gradevole. Sicuramente ci tornerei volentieri. Lo consiglio per il confort della camera e il prezzo non elevato nonostante il periodo di ferragosto.

The staff were really nice and changed our room when there was an issue with noise; we got a free upgrade. However the hotel is more 3 star; the facilities need to be updated, the usual toiletries are not given, the sheets, towels and bathroom had stains and were not clean. The space was quite small and breakfast whilst ok was limited and not what you’d expect for a continental breakfast. The walls are too thin; the ear plugs provided do not adequately filter out the noise. It is a good location and the staff are really friendly and nice but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. The distance to the train station was great and a lovely walk into the more touristy areas. The area felt safe and the rooms and hotel was very clean. Enjoyed free coffee and pastries through the day. Shower was not amazing, couldn’t get consistent temperature and was quite weak. The pillows weren’t great so struggled to sleep some nights. Overall we had a lovely experience and would definitely come back!

Unterkunft und Erreichbarkeit sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück Riesen Auswahl und sehr lecker 👌 Einziges Manko: die Balkontür lies sich nicht ganz schließen, was dazu geführt hat dass man nachts den ganzen Verkehrslärm mitgehört hat, aber war nicht allzu schlimm.

Nice hotel, little service.
Hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately the service was blah. I had requested 2 twin beds, but arrived to a single. The front desk agent brought up sheets but I had to change them. For 312 Euros a night, I expect much more.

Property is well situated very close to Nice Ville train station which is very convenient. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy, the towels were soft and the shower was very nice (just wash your step if you use conditioner as it makes shower bed a tad slippery). They have water, treats and a drink available mid afternoon. You will not be disappointed staying here. It’s an easy walk to everything.

Staffs are extremely helpful and approachable. Location is convenient. It only takes me 15 minutes to the Place Massena (which is the main area for shopping and dining) on foot.

Bel hotel, acceuil agréable, situation parfaite!
Deux nuits dans ce très bel hotel! L'accueil est très agréable. Notre chambre pour trois était parfaite, belle sdb et très jolie décoration. Le pdj est bien complet, buffet sucré salé. La position de l hôtel permet de tt faire à pied! Nous y reviendrons séjourner, car cette ville est magnifique.

Disappointed that our superior room did not have proper balcony only juliet one (facing the courtyard). Bad smell from drainage in bathroom. Rooms are a bit tired (needs a paint). Breakfast was good, did not appreciate the coffee machine was fixed during people having breakfast when should be sorted after (as area is really small and the man was working next to food etc)

Those superior rooms facing the courtyard are more quiet than the ones facing the herold street but do not have bacony. Please, for the next time, feel free to let us know your preferences. About the coffee machine, please apologyze us for this technical problem, we had to fix it the fastest that we could. Best regards.

Nice hotel, Villa Othero!
Nicely decorated and very clean and proper hotel in Nice. Very convenient too as it is very close to the station (Nice Ville) and a maximum 15 minutes pleasant walk down to the beach and promenade des Anglais.

Super cute hotel close to the train station. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do and see. Friendly staff and convenient water machine in the lobby. No soundproofing between rooms.

A good hotel
We enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the room very clean; The bed was particularly comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our only criticism would be that the shower was not working very well and a couple of things fell off the wall!

Great hotel with friendly staff
I absolutely loved my five-night stay here. The best part was the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lady who I think is the manager (I think her name was Dotte). The room was nicely decorated if a bit small, but who goes to a hotel just to stay in their room the whole time? I didn't do the breakfast buffet but it looked and smelled delicious. Maybe next time for that. But the entrance lobby/lounge area offers comfy seating and free refreshments throughout the day. There's coffee, tea, still and sparkling water, and pastries like croissants and donuts. Definitely take advantage of it. This hotel allows dogs, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. There's an extra fee of 10€ per night, but that's reasonable compared to what some other hotels in the area charge. Another plus is that this hotel is less than a 5-minute walk to the train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk west to the main strip (the Centre Ville) and about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. Another great thing is their wifi. It's super fast! In terms of cleanliness, everything was super clean and well maintained. The room was very clean as was the entrance/lounge area. I saw them vacuuming and mopping it regularly. My minor complaint is that the walls are fairly thin. You can hear people in the hall and in the next room. It wasn't terrible but definitely noticeable. I definitely plan on staying here again.
