Charming riverside house with pool and private riverbank

We offer for rent our charming house, nestled in the heart of the Mediterranean forest and bordered by a river (the Loup), only half an hour from the beaches of the Côte d'Azur.

You will be seduced by this haven of peace, offering calm and freshness in summer. The wooded garden offers several areas for games and relaxation: the swimming pool, the river and its private beach, a petanque court, a barbecue area...

The accommodation

A large flat plot of more than 2700 m2 surrounds the house.
Fully fenced, it offers plenty of space to relax, in the shade or in the sun, for a coffee, lunch or to have fun.

* The swimming pool

It will delight young and old alike!
12 meters long, 5 metres wide, it allows you to comfortably swim lengths.
It is equipped with a child safety device (alarm).

* The river and its beach

For the more adventurous, direct access to the river is possible from the garden, via our small private beach. Our greatest pleasure: sitting there, at the table for breakfast or lunch, listening to the birds, the sound of the water, with the forest opposite. Table, chairs and deckchairs.
It offers an exceptional space for relaxation and a certain refreshment!
The depth of the river in front of the house is a maximum of 1.20 meters in summer.

* The pergola terrace

Between the living room and the swimming pool, the terrace will be your best barbecue spot! Shady in the summer season thanks to the development of the vegetation of its vines which form a pergola, it is a very pleasant place. A gas plancha allows you to cook outside or to have a barbecue.

* The petanque court

We are at the gateway to Provence: a petanque court is set up in the garden so that you can try it out. Illuminated at night.

The house is built around a living room with fireplace, which leads to two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The first bedroom has a bay window opening directly onto the garden with a double bed in 180 x 200 cm.
A bathroom with Italian shower and toilet is located next to it.

The second bedroom has a 140 x 200cm bed and of its private bathroom with toilet.

An additional double bed (140 x 200 cm) is also available in the mezzanine, above the living room (access to which is not recommended for young children).

For young children, a mattress can be provided for safe sleeping in one of the bedrooms.

Bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge for each rental.

The kitchen and The living room can comfortably accommodate six people, and are equipped with air conditioners.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a 3-burner electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.

The living room has a large TV.
Wifi available. Starlink. Wifi repeater for outside.

The inside of the house is a non-smoking area.

Other remarks
We love dogs and cats. And 3 cats live in the garden in our absence. Your dog is welcome if it is small (less than 8 kg) and harmless to our cats. That's why we have not indicated which pets are allowed or forbidden. It all depends on your pet's attitude towards cats. Thank you for your understanding.
