“Room was so clean and very assessable”

“The atmosphere is really great, but I did find our room to be dirty. I did my own wipe down of the surfaces due to stuck on food and crumbs, there was also hair in the bed. Staff is very friendly though! Just wish they were more diligent to keep things properly clean.”

“the room was clean and had new flooring rather than carpet which was really nice, and the beds very comfortable. The bathtub had seen better days though - the coating on it was peeling off. Overall maintenance was a bit lacking though - extremely dirty windows in the courtyard and just outside the doors so littered with cigarette butts. “Amazing hotel! The pool was great. Walking distance from the Lethbridge Bulls baseball stadium. Which was awesome. Denny’s located in the hotel was great. If I’m even in Lethbridge again I will be staying there for sure.”

“This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in the last 10 years that took the time to call your room about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was good and if you needed help with anything. “This hotel is extremely noisy. You can see the hallway light through the gap under the door and you can hear every single noise in the hallway. You can also hear every conversation through the walls and any noise above. The hotel pool completely bleached my swimsuit from purple to white and caused itchy burning skin for several days. “Staff was helpful when I asked for a ground floor room. Towels could use an upgrade / small & very coarse. Room was clean Wi fi was spotty. TV wasn't working but staff were able to correct that. I would stay there again .”

Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal.
