Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. We had to leave after staying only one of our two nights as we just didn't have enough food. Was not a long drive from the airport , Coco beach is not all that big but had some very good restaurants.
