The Space:
The modern yet lively vacation home for up to four people has a large living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and terrace with access to the garden as well as a shower room with washing machine, underfloor heating and a large shower. There are also two bedrooms and a balcony.

In the living-dining area you will find everything you need for a cozy evening with a book on the sofa or for an exciting movie. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. The open and modern kitchen with a dining area is also located here. The white fitted kitchen offers everything your heart desires: a dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster and much more are part of the basic equipment.

There are two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a view of the beautiful garden and a comfortable double bed. In the second bedroom, the children's room, there are two separate single beds. This room has been lovingly furnished with children in mind.

A special highlight is the spacious, extensive garden, which even has a small playground with sandpit and swing. The property is 900 m² in size and is fenced so that your dog can run free.

Guests have garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue at their disposal. The house is in a quiet location with an 800 square meter plot that is fully fenced. Four-legged friends can enjoy a free run here to the full. You can also park your car on the property free of charge.

The Neighborhood:
Vacation home Elisa is located in the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen, a beautiful little community right on the Baltic coast. This place is particularly characterized by its beautiful, natural sandy beach, which is deserted most of the year. So if you are looking for rest, peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. Bordering the beach is a magical coastal forest area, the Ghost Forest, which is perfect for wonderful walks along the footpaths under the characteristic crooked trees.
The Baltic seaside resorts of Warnemünde and Heiligendamm are not far from the municipality. You can also easily reach the beautiful city of Rostock within 25 minutes by car.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.
