The Space:
Upon arrival, you can conveniently park your car in the private parking space of Casa Nicky, located in the peaceful Vierbarke domain in Nieuwpoort.

The house features an open and compact living space with a cosy lounge and fully equipped kitchen – everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the living room, there is direct access to the enclosed sun-facing garden with garden furniture: perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.

In the hallway, you will find a separate toilet for added comfort, as well as a utility room with a washing machine.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and one family-friendly room with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. There is also a separate bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided.

Casa Nicky offers an excellent location: directly on the canal and promenade of Nieuwpoort-Bad, and within walking distance of the beach, shops, and public transport. Everything you need for a perfect holiday on the Belgian coast!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
