Dockside Floor, Hamptons style II at the harbor

  • This twin apartment Dockside (located just across Boathouse Floor) has a very comfortable setup for 6 people. also located just a small stroll along the boardwalk of the Nieuwpoort Marina. With the ground floor it comes also with a garden area, totally equipped with high end furniture and lots of sun light throughout the day. An open kitchen area and large dining room table with seating up to 6 people. The open living room space invites you for relaxing family moments.
    We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub/shower. The master has 1 double bed and acces to a small balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a bunkbed with 2 double beds. This all comes with a private garage included.

    This apartment is a TWIN who can be easily rented out with the opposite apartment `Boathouse Floor`, so up to 12 people in total can sleep.

    Beds made with top quality bedding from Belgian soil. When more beds need to be made than initially provided in the booking please inform us before arrival. Soft and thick bath towels are provided for each guest.
    One large and one small towel per stay < 7 days.

    Welcome pack:
    - There is a Nespresso/Senseo or Dolce Gusto machine and some capsules
    provided during your stay.
    - Bath products such as shampoo and shower gel
    - A kitchen package: pepper & salt, hand washing detergent,
    a kitchen towel and a kitchen sponge, garbage bag and some dishwasher tablets.

    For even more pampering, you can visit our Floor 1 Seaside website and book some extras online such as a baby package, bottle of wine, bathrobes and much more. Book up to 2 days before arrival, so be sure to take a look. I wish you a pleasant stay!

Appartement très bien situé à 2 pas du Port, à 2 pas du Tram un Aldy à 3 minutes à pieds pour les petits oublis . .L' appartement est tres beau avec 2 grandes baies vitrées avec une jolie et grande terrasse pouvant accueillir toute la famille Nous avons passé un super séjour avec des amis Nous reviendrons !!! A Reccomander !

J’ai regretté qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul jeu de clés et que le garage ne se trouve pas directement dans l’immeuble. La terrasse est annoncée comme clôturée, mais elle est simplement délimitée par une haie peu fournie à sa base, ce qui peut présenter un risque de fuite pour les petits chiens.Cela dit, l’appartement est magnifique.

Cosy and comfortable

We spent 10 days, the weather was not good so we stayed a lot in the apartment. It was nicely prepared with Christmas decorations, which immediately gave warmth for our stay. The garage is the closest one to the elevator, which was convenient. I could place my bike in the garage next to my long car. The second bedroom for 4 is narrow. So a bit tight for 4 adults who would stay several nights. With the cold weather the bathtub was much appreciated. The communication and welcome guide was very easy. Thank you Vanessa and congrats for the professionalism.The location is great, closer to the village than the seaside. Parking in the street is free of charge.
