“Excellent location for attending events on lower Broadway. Close enough to be able to go to and from the hotel during the day but far enough away so as not to hear the noise and activity in the evening.”

“The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

“The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!”

“This hotel was just fine in many ways for example, it was nice to have a full kitchen and it’s very very spacious and beautifully decorated -/ but I was a little taken back with how off the beaten track it was in Nashville so don’t stay here if you want to be near Broadway or music cities heart. Again in the end it turned out to be fine, but just a little far away.”

Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. “DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options.
