Located in Nigüelas with pool, free wifi and barbecue. Perfect for a few days of rest, holidays and short-medium stays in a privileged location in southern of Spain.

The property benefits from a large garden with pool and shaded seating area to enjoy eating outside with the stunning views of sierra nevada.

All living space is on the ground floor making this property of easy access to everyone. There are 2 fully equiped kitchen/lounges one with a modern just renovated style which has capacity for 8 guests with 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and the other a more rustic, traditional feel with a fireplace which has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

The accommodation is very well located 30 minutes from the beach, 25 minutes from Granada and 50 minutes from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada.Parking is available inside the property.

The swimming pool will be available in the summer months (ask for opening and closing dates). We supply firewood in the winter months, it is not included in the rent. Cot and Highchair available.For bookings of 8 guests or less, the part with 4 bedrooms will be at your disposal (the other part will not be shared with anyone else). For reservations of 9 people to 12, the entire accommodation will be opened.
