“Small 12 room hotel located in a nice quiet area but still close and walkable to many of the touristy areas. Beautiful room and the shower/bath was truly a spa like experience. Bed was very nice as well. Get the Japanese breakfast served in your room at least once. It was a memorable meal. ”

I forgot to make a dinner reservation for my first night in Kyoto, and the two ladies working the front desk called five places for me, and the one I visited was recommended by the hotel staff member and was incredible! The hotel also has a nice lounge. Great stay!”
