“Il migliore hotel di Almaty e di tutti i Mercure in cui ero mai stata. SPA fantastico con una vista dall’ultimo piano sulla città e sulle bellissime montagne. Stanze enormi e con tutti i confort. Servizio e la gentilezza dello staff è impeccabile. Se torno in Almaty assolutamente prenoterò solo questo hotel. Consiglio transfer dell’hotel da/per aeroporto.”

“We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. ”

“The outlook of the building does not really indicate is as a hotel. Lifts can be a little slow. However, the rooms are clean. The restaurant on the roof top offers a great view of Almaty city with the mountains around the city. ”
