Actually met the designer, she works at the hotel & I praised her on the decor!! Food was good, large portions & fresh. Walked the village with bright colored homes, market shops & camels. Bed were comfortable. Views spectacular!!"

The hospitality here stood out in comparison to other places we visited in Egypt. Unlike elsewhere, the staff or other natives here did not demand tips, which added to the sincerity of their service. "Beatiful and aesthetic location. Great view of the river Nile and city of Aswan. The staff is super freiendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Great location to take instagrammable pictures and videos. Only pain point - there was no WiFi, as their internet reception was being affected by wind. Need to invest in better infrastructure for connectivity services. But everything else was wonderful."
