“It was a very clean room, comfortable bed(seemed smaller than a queen tho). It was a little confusing when we arrived because we thought second level would be the 2nd floor but really it was the first floor. There is a recessed "first floor", so they consider it second level. We really wanted to catch the bus to get us to Rockport center because parking can be tough there. “I was so disappointed. I was not given the room I thought I had reserved. I was traveling with my granddaughter & asked for 2 beds. The room had one queen bed & the sofa bed was terrible. There was a bright flood light right out the kitchen window with no curtains so sleeping on the sofa bed your room was lit up all night. “We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, parking was easy. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen had whatever we needed. We could walk right to the beach which is a real plus since all of the beaches charge for parking and most require advance reservation.”
