“We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the place. Absolutely fantastic stay. Great amenities. Lots of room. Great kitchen setup with everything you might need. Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch. Possible?”

“The Grand Haven Baymont by Wyndham, was kind of dumpy, the bathroom light flickered on & off. The bathroom door knob was falling apart, & there was something sticky on the floor. Over all, the staff was very helpful & nice, the property was decent, the room was just kind of rough. I don't think I would stay there again.”

“Hot tub was huge, clean & cozy!
Ceiling needed to be fixed & painted.
Lamp shade was cracked.... Heater looked like it needed a good wiping down.
Staff was friendly.
Just wish she would of told me where the ice machine was 😀
The car on blocks didnt really look good for the hotel with and it was a little shady looking.”

“Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience.”
