“Our stay at Nirjhara was amazing! We booked the jungle pool pavilion room and it was quite literally perfection. From the time we checked in until the day we left, we were greeted by name, with professionalism, kindness and with genuine warm smiles. The staff really raised the bar at this hotel. “This was great value for money, as we were there in the wet season. The room was lovely, although the layout with the bathroom facilities a little strange. The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests. Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen. ”
