“朝食メニューは種類多く、美味しかった。 夜9時過ぎの遅い到着だったが、駐車場は第二駐車場を案内され、収容力高く、とくに困ることはなかった。”

“Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel....

“客室は広すぎず狭すぎずまた、きれいでした。 バス、トイレもとてもきれいでした。 食事はブュッフェでしたが、季節の物が取り入れられていて、とても美味しかった。”

“The staff were all great! The meals were great and well thought out. The room was spacious and the view of the ocean was pleasant. Its just too bad we couldnt use the public bath amenities because of our tattoos, but it was nice to use the private bath in the hotel room. We did use a taxi to get around. If we were to return, we would definietly consider staying here again.”

“古い建物では有ったけど、部屋は広々として良かった。掃除もしっかりとされていて、ホコリなど、無かったので、良かったと思います。 ”

“スタッフの方は、とても親切で丁寧な接客をしていただきました。 ゲームコーナーの両替機と、自販機のおつりが100円切れになっており、ゲームが出来ず子どもが残念がってました。 ”

“夕方のウエルカムドリンクはアルコールも含めて１杯までサービス。宿泊した日がたまたま当たりの日でサイドにカレーが置いてあって、カレーも無料サービス。 朝食もセットの大満足サービスでした。設備はTVとWIFIは最新。鍵は2025年12月中旬からカードキーになる予定。ユニットバスは古いです。”
