“Had a short stay there but everything was good. Room was clean and spacious. ”

“Very nice hotel. I was happy to see shower was a walk in. I have mobility issues and I didn’t inquire ahead about the rooms in general. Everything is up to date and nice. A bit disappointed with the breakfast though. We took the room offer to pay $10/person, but the quality of breakfast was not good. I think I would skip dining in next time. I expected better. All in all good experience.”

“First time in Edmonton and made a terrible mistake of booking this run down property in that area of the city. I slept with one eye open and all the lights on. Tear it down and rehabilitate that area of the city.”

“The rooms and food were amazing same with the hotel front desk but the service in the bar/ restaurant needs to change. I come here every year for past 4 years for my birthday and have never had a problem but when me and my partner went for breakfast there was ZERO customer service and made us feel weird even question ourselves if we did something but we were sitting at a table the waitress came up and said “Hiiii” that’s it… just hi and then looked at us so after a moment of silence I had to ask...
