Questa nuova struttura si trova sulla sponda occidentale del Lago Edward. Splendida vista sul lago, perfetta per guardare i bambini nuotare dall'enorme molo da qualsiasi parte della casa. 3 camere da letto; 2 con letti matrimoniali, una con un letto singolo. (Oltre a una stanza bonus con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, questo spazio può anche fungere da spazio di vita aggiuntivo con divani e una grande TV a schermo piatto, compresa la propria porta sul lago). Questa casa è tutta una elevazione, senza gradini, cabina doccia, piano piano, cucina completamente attrezzata, riscaldamento a pavimento, camino a gas, lavatrice / asciugatrice, aria condizionata, wifi e TV a schermo piatto. Le caratteristiche della casa sono un grande molo che può facilmente ospitare tutta la tua famiglia mentre nuoti, pesca, leggi, prendi il sole e osserva la natura. La casa si trova proprio sulla strada statale 4, che è una strada abbastanza trafficata. Si trova a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Nisswa, a 9 minuti da Breezy Point, a 13 minuti da Zorbaz sul Gabbiano ea soli 3 minuti da una manciata di ristoranti per famiglie. Noleggio barche sono disponibili presso la vicina località a pochi passi dalla casa.

Wonderful! Great location/ amenities

My family (spouse, three late teenage kids) spent a week at this location. Everything was as advertised and we had a fabulous time. Lake was awesome, dock was awesome, grill, cabin, neighborhood, just everything. Highly recommend!

Another amazing stay

Family Vacation

We had a great time here. Traveling with two small children ages 4 and 2 can be challenging but the dock was wide so we could sit and fish or swim all afternoon. Home is close to the lake to admire during nap time. Very clean home and friendly hosts. Only complaint we ever had was AC did not keep up but they had plenty of fans that made it manageable. Would stay again.

Family time.

What a great place! The house is positioned close to the lake so every night I slept to the sound of the water. It had everything we could need. There were ceiling fans and new small table fans provided in every room. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The big bedroom/bonus room helped for space when it rained. We never felt crowded. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great week at the lake

We had a wonderful time enjoying a week of leisure around the lake. Nice to be so close to the lake from the patio area and enjoyed the spacious dock pad 20 feet from shore. Kids enjoyed swimming and fishing from the pad. Family enjoyed the supplied paddle boards. Very nice clear lake to enjoy tubing and a night ride to see all the loons.

Family Vacation

It was great to just go outside and the lake was right there. Lots of games on site for our family to play and do. The bedrooms do get a little warm for sleeping, but the main areas were good for temperature. We had nice bonfires by the lake each night. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful cabin

Beautiful cabin with lots of room for family. We had 6 family members and it fit us all perfectly. Only downfall was the weeds around the dock, but we just got over it and swam. Loved the stand up paddle boards to use and the kayak. Lots of yard games and beautiful porch. Great location close to Nissaw/Brainerd. Great, helpful communication with the property manage prior.

Wedding weekend

Nice, large accommodations for our daughter and family, son and family and myself and my husband when we were in Brainerd for a family wedding. Nice outdoor area...we enjoyed a fire on the patio every night. The property sits between a VERY busy county road and the lake. It's easy to miss the driveway as the only identification is the small blue address number. Lots of towels provided, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and in floor heat made it pretty cozy!

Another perfect stay

My wife and I brought our mobility challenged moms to this beautiful lake home for a quiet Fall weekend. Everything was perfect, and our moms were able to enjoy the lake up close, even though they have mobility issues. Places like this are so hard to find, and this one is gorgeous.

Great

The air conditioning doesn't quite make it to the bedrooms when the doors are closed, but other than that its a great place all around. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The SUPs and kayak were fun to have on hand. It was delightful to have a little campfire.

Jeff and Sandys return to Nisswa!

We've recently sold our cabin in Ottertail to get back to the area I love.....Nisswa! From Nisswa lakes to Longville, I have been renting cabins for over 50 years and though this is more of a lake home than a cabin It is a great place! Large dock with adirondack chairs, nice big patio right on the lake, with everything that you could need inside and out with great Bass and sunny fishing. The highway noise on cty rd 4 can be annoying at times but we still enjoyed our stay. We never met the owners but they were very quick to respond to my questions leading up to and during our stay. Family Getaway

We had a great stay of enjoying fishing, swimming, and boating. Place was just like it said to accommodate our group of 8. Great patio area and a large dock area to sit and enjoy the view of a very nice lake. To our surprise the place supplied 2 Paddle Boards which provided a new experience for young adults. We enjoyed daily view of Bald Eagles and the enjoyment of listing to over 40 Loons.

The house is great, just needs more parking and better AC. Bedrooms dont have any thing for AC. Glade the week we went it was cool at night. Fishing was great! Kitchen well stocked.

Lake Edwards June 2022

The accommodations were very nice. No stairs as all rooms are on one level. Dock is very nice and we were able to rent a pontoon from the Cozy Cove resort which is right next door. Overall it was a very enjoyable week and the accommodations fit us very well.
