"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The resort is large but very well organised, with different areas suitable for families, couples of all ages and groups of friends. Even though it was fully booked, it never felt overcrowded. The setting is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the staff were consistently extremely kind and welcoming. The room was comfortably cool thanks to the air conditioning, but remained quite humid. We reported a poorly draining shower on the first day; although someone came to fix it, the problem continued throughout our stay and the shower area flooded every time we used it. We also had ants around the desk area for most of the stay. For a resort of this standard, we would have appreciated a proper coffee machine rather than instant coffee and a kettle. We also found it disappointing that only one complimentary bottle of water was provided on arrival. After that, water had to be purchased for €5 through room service or from the minimarket. In our opinion, one large or two small complimentary bottles per day should be standard. Breakfast was excellent, varied and of very good quality. We would have preferred it to run until 11:00 rather than 10:30, but we especially appreciated that the buffet remained fully stocked right until closing time. The freddo cappuccino at Troia Bar was pleasant but far from a proper one, especially for the price. There was also a slight kitchen smell when entering the main restaurant, although this was a minor issue."

"Hotel pressochè nuovo, con poche stanze (30?), ben frequentato e pulito. Purtroppo l'Hotel e la sua spiaggia (molto bella) sono esposti a nord, quindi il mare è sempre mosso e torbido, anche perchè il fondale è davvero poco profondo (sembra di essere a Rimìni). Ottima la piscina; colazione eccellente ma monotona (potrebbero variarla almeno ogni 2-3 gg). Il cocktail offerto dal management il venerdì sera è davvero ridicolo! Meglio non farlo! Spa a pagamento (capisco i massaggi a pagamento, ma non la sauna o lo Jacuzzi!) Palestra OK, ben tenuta."

"La struttura è in una posizione ottimale a Kos town. Lontana dal rumore, ma allo stesso tempo vicina a tutto! Tutte le stanze hanno un piccolo balconcino provvisto di stendino, tavolino e sedie. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose e pulite. Uniche pecche che segnalo sono doccia piccolina e il fatto che non dispongano di letti matrimoniali, solo singoli. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Personale gentile. Non posso commentare la colazione perche non abbiamo usufruito del servizio."
