“"The front desk told us about a small beach that isn’t on any standard itinerary. That’s what a good staff recommendation can do, and it’s the kind of thing you won’t find on any booking website. Rooftop breakfast with the whole bay spread out in front of you. My son thought it would be funny to take photos of me eating to document the moment. I told him to stop. He didn’t. But I really like that photo. The room can fit an extra bed, though the spring frame wasn’t the most comfortable. Next time...

“Clean hotel in excellent location. Pool was super nice and breakfast was excellent. The gym and spa were top notch as well. My only complaint was the constant outside noise from the property behind the hotel, but with the AC running it crowded most of it out.”

“Staff and service were amazing. Incredibly responsive. Pool and restaurant were wonderful. We spent much time there. We enjoyed the free shuttle into town. breakfast was delicious and they brought to our room and balcony for no charge. Our villa was amazing however we did have trouble with the air conditioning. The villa is an Indonesian style so we are not clear if the design does not allow for proper cooling (bathroom is outdoors) or if it was a faulty aircon. Staff tried daily to make us more...
