A very centrally located duplex apartment situated between Noja’s two beaches, Ris and Trengandin (950 meters from each beach), with all amenities nearby. <br>It is located on the second floor (no elevator). The layout includes a separate kitchen with a drying rack, a living-dining room with a terrace, 2 full bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms—two with double beds and the other two with two 90-cm beds each. <br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware, including a washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, iron, blender, etc. <br>The apartment includes a parking space in the price, located in the basement of the same building (please note that parking spaces are not guaranteed to fit all car sizes). <br><br>Noja is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cantabria, undoubtedly due to its wonderful beaches with fine sand and the beauty and unspoiled nature of its landscapes. No one gets bored in Noja. Its beautiful trails, its vast array of dining options—including restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, fast food, and chill-out spots—its beaches, and its people; it’s also a strategic hub for the province’s main routes.<br><br>Included services (maximum 1 change):<br>- Towels: changed every 4 days.<br>- Bedding: changed every 7 days.<br><br>Optional services:<br>- Pet: 35€/stay (maximum: 1 pet).<br>- Crib: price: 8€/night.<br>- Check-in hours: Daily from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br><br>- Check-out hours: 11:00 a.m. <br><br>- Restrictions: Groups of young people under 26 are not accepted
