The property was newly renovated and very nicely furnished. It even had a very nice washer and dryer, complete kitchen with dishwasher. It was very comfortable and close to the central part of town. I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

This place is so great for a stay in Nome. Having an equipped kitchen to cook was so nice. Place is modern. Heat worked great. Super nice having a washer/dryer!

It was spacious and warm. We love big TV screens that we can connect our PC with HDMI to watch movies or internet. It would be nice if there were more towel hanging things for both face towels and bath towels to keep them dry after use. Also, we couldn't find a box tissues which we bought a small one and left behind.

Although it was a good stay, I accidentally made a reservation this next week and I attempted to clarify. The manager appeared reasonable, but the cleaning crew was very loud and rude. Not staying here again.

Thank you for your review. We’re always striving to improve, and that is why you heard loud noises on property after you overstayed your reservation. Your unit was supposed to be empty from 11:00-4:00 pm, so we had some updates going on in the adjoining unit. I apologize if you felt the cleaning crew was rude—they were just trying to get their job done in an efficient manner and were quite professional in light of your combativeness and dishonesty. They’re two of the kindest people I know. We try our best to be accommodating and reasonable, which is why we’re working with our insurance to cover their $2000 worth of damage that you caused on your way out.
