“I stayed there for three nights. I checked in on the evening of April 3rd, and before going to bed, I noticed there were no blackout curtains. On April 4th, I called the front desk in the morning and again during the day, but no one came to check on the issue and I received no response. I felt it would be too much trouble to change rooms, so I put up with the lack of blackout curtains for all three nights. The overall experience was very poor, and the service was extremely disappointing.”

“Property is rundown. Rooms were clean. We had an issue with an upgrade from a double room to a two bedroom suite. Management staff didn’t try to help while IHG made a mistake. Cost us 300$ more than what was advertised, manager didn’t help. Overall very disappointing, we could have stayed across the street, on the sunny side. This is what we’ll do next time. Shame on you for trying to make me believe you have no control over the rates. This is bullcrap. Breakfast was good.”
