Amazing Ground Floor 2 BR Condo in Malmok close to Arashi Beach

Amazing single level ground floor unit located in the best area of Aruba (Malmok). The condo is part of the Gold Coast Luxury Condominium just blocks away from the northwest coastline which boasts some of the island’s most beautiful beaches like Arashi, Boca Catalina, Malmok and Hadicurari.

The condo is fully furnished and well-appointed. The Master Bedroom has an air conditioner unit, a King size bed, a dresser, a private bathroom, a walking closet with a safety lock box and a smart TV with a Local Cable Box. The Guest Bedroom has an air conditioner unit, a queen size bed, a dresser, and a common bathroom located outside. All linens and pillows have been refreshed as of May 2022.

The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with mostly new appliances and all the utensils required for you to unleash your inner Chef. Additionally, you will find a laundry area with a Combo washer and dryer, 4 new beach chairs, 6 new beach towels and a new Igloo Cooler with wheels. You will have an amazing time exploring isolated beaches with all the gear we have included for you to use.

The Condo common areas include a large air conditioner unit, a nice dining table, a sofa bed and an additional Roku smart TV, with a Local Cable box, a Firestick and a nice tower fan to keep the cold air moving. If you are looking for comfort we have you fully covered.

The highlight of our condo is our large beautiful patio where you will find a nice shaded seating area for you to experience the famous Aruba breezy nights while drinking your favorite cocktails or a cold BALASHI ( Local Beer ). As part of the amenities we have included a Charcoal Weber Grill for you to practice your Grill Master skills (Charcoal is where the flavor is at according to Bobby Flay).

As a guest you will have full access to ALL the Gold Coast Condominium amenities. At the main clubhouse you will find a resort pool, 2 tennis courts ( 1 pickleball court ), a state of the art fitness center, a restaurant ( Salinas ) and a beautiful bar where you can indulge by trying different tropical cocktails and local beers & snacks. Additionally there are another two different pool areas around the property...and now the best for last, drum roll please !!!!...Our Condo is not only a quiet heaven, but it is only a 150 STEPS from the Main CLUB HOUSE. You will not need to jump on a car inside the development to drive and use the best amenities. Talk about convenience.

The area is a residential area which means everybody appreciate quiet hours between 10 pm till 7 am.

We strongly advice for you to rent a car. A car is a lot cheaper than riding a TAXI and it gives you the convenience to explore local places, different beaches etc.

Very close to our condo we have different supermarkets, bakeries, and small local restaurants. I will provide plenty of feedback upon booking.

We are 0.7 miles walk to the beach from the back gate. There is a nice Boardwalk for people to jog, exercise and go see the windsurfers and kite surfers.

Finally, my wife and I are long time ARUBA visitors too. We have been coming to the island for 40 years and we have a network of people behind us to make sure you will be taken care off. In the end we want you to have a great vacation.
