Welcome to Aracarí Residences! Unit 4 is a beautiful and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the ground floor of one of the most sought-after complexes in Noord, Aruba. Perfect for up to four guests, this unit is fully equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable and relaxing stay.

The apartment features a spacious and unique private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach, you'll find:

- Beautifully landscaped private yard
- Outdoor shower
- Foosball table
- Corn hole game
- Personal barbecue grill
- Sunbathing chairs
- Outdoor dining area

All of this in your own private space, perfect for relaxing or entertaining during your stay.

Aracarí is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from Aruba’s most iconic beaches—Fisherman’s Hut, Malmok, Boca Catalina, and Arashi—as well as the high-rise hotels, top restaurants, and the lively Palm Beach area. For added flexibility and convenience, we recommend renting a car to explore the island with ease.

The complex offers a range of excellent shared amenities, including a stylish open-air lobby, a swimming pool on the ground floor, and a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the island. The rooftop also features a fully equipped gym and barbecue areas, making it the perfect space for sunset workouts or evening dining under the stars. The rooftop is accessible via elevator to the third floor and stairs to the fourth.

For beach days, we provide everything you need, including colorful beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler.

This place is outstanding.My family of 3 stayed there for 10 nights, May 31st -June 10th and no complaints whatsoever.Upon arrival everything was perfectly set up for us.The kitchen is fully equipped and there wasn’t any problem with cooking anything.I fixed the BBQ since whoever put it together make major mistake and didn’t connect gas hose/pipe going from regulator to burner's(2 screws, 5 min of work)Bathrooms with many towels, toilet paper, soaps etcBedrooms with big closets, around 50 hangers total and super nice mattresses ( couldn’t get safe box to work for us but anyway it was super small and poorly attached to the wall in one of the closet)Private outside area with table sofas and storage bin where you have beach chairs, pool floats and black garbage bags with some tarps or other unnecessary things that are taking a space away)There is a walking closet next to the kitchen with washer and dryer.Every suit has own assigned parking spot (#4 for this one )During our stay 3 or 4 times maintenance guys parked their can on our spot forsing us to take someone else spot.No problem-easy fix with the person sitting in “lobby” from 7-4pm.After hours it could be a problem.AC in every room (3 units Total) cooling super fast.There is a pin required to enter the building by so check your massages from the host to get one.This place is 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach ( 4min drive )Perfect locationSwimming Pool was always empty, same as roof top.100% recommend

The property was clean and modern.the kitchen was not well designed.The cupboards and kitchen vent over the stove were set up too low.The architects could of done better.
