CLEANING
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

BEACH ESSENTIALS
We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler.
We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
No garbage cans, supplies or other articles shall be placed
on the patios, decks and entryways. Not shall any linens, clothing, rugs or
laundry of any kind be shaken or hung from any of the windows, doors,
patios or outside furniture. The property shall be kept free of refuse, debris and other unsightly material.
Contents of the Property should not be removed.
Likewise, no additions or alterations may be made
It is understood that guests and their guests may use the swimming pool
Each guest shall assume all risk of personal injury or
property damage that may result from the use of said pool, and will have to keep the pool area clean.
