Completely new villa for 6 people three minutes drive from Eagle beach. Our Villa is within walking distance of large supermarkets and close to the nightlife of Aruba. Beaches, restaurants, hotels and the well-known strip where there is a lot to do. The villa features 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning in every room. Also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, airfryer, ice cube machine etc. Towels and bed linen are provided at this property, as well as a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. The villa has a large terrace with private pool, porch and gazebo with a lounge set. YOUR OPEN CONCEPT LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, DINING AREA
Like the rest of the villa, this space is air conditioned and really packs the wow factor. The quality of the furniture is of the highest standard. Maybe try the gloriously comfortable leather sofas first? Of course, staying in such a beautiful location, you’ll want to enjoy as much of the great outdoors as you can. But for those times you fancy getting out of the sun or gathering together indoors, there’s a 55-inch HDTV with cable and satellite in the villa to keep you entertained. And movie nights really get exciting with the Panasonic sound system. The dining area is next, a high quality table with chairs at which you can work, play games, and of course enjoy a sit-down meal together, perhaps to celebrate special occasion. You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen to prepare brilliant breakfasts, lovely lunches and delicious dinners on those occasions you don’t eat out at a local restaurant. There’s even breakfast bar seating offering up a great space to grab a snack maybe? High quality appliances make the cook’s job a real pleasure, and there’s plenty of space to store your favorite foods in the cupboards and the Samsung refrigerator. And who wants to waste time washing up during a holiday? No one has to here thanks the dishwasher. Slide open the floor to ceiling glass doors and there’s your covered deck / terrace area and another dining table and chairs, great for eating outside and relaxing in the shade. But, of course, there’s more to enjoy out here… Likely to be the most popular feature of the villa is your private pool. It’s located within a fully fenced private backyard and is great for refreshing dips any time of day. Or maybe you just want to relax on one of the recliners around the pool with a book, or perhaps in the covered seating area? It’s your vacation, it’s your choice! And if you want a BBQ or two during your stay, the gas grill is ready to go and the utensils are in the kitchen.


3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS
There are 2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 single beds (ideal for younger guests). All beds are really comfortable and sure to give you a great night’s sleep. And all the rooms have space for you to store your belongings, so make sure you unpack when you arrive and really make yourselves at home. The master has an ensuite bathroom, but if you don’t get this room, don’t worry, there’s the main bathroom for you with another shower, WC and wash basin.


CHILDREN & BABIES WELCOME
All the family is welcome in this villa. There is all you need to look after your baby - cot, high chair, and baby bath included. Plus books and toys for under-fives. PARKING You won’t have far to carry your bags when you arrive and depart as there’s free private parking spaces on the driveway for 2 vehicles.


LAUNDRY
With a washer and dryer in the villa, it doesn’t matter if someone gets their favorite clothing dirty and wants to wear it again while you’re here. Just pop it in the washer dryer!


Your hosts are delighted to make this brand new villa in Noord, Aruba, available for short to long term let. The entire villa and its outdoor spaces (including the private pool) will be all yours for however long your reservation is. If you encounter any problems or have any questions during your stay, your host will be happy to help.


This villa really has it all. Great design, amazing comfort, a private swimming pool, and a super-handy location. It’s just a 3-minute drive to the beaches, with their dazzling white sand and beautifully blue waters. Eagle Beach, Palm Beach, Malmok Beach, Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina are all easy to reach from the villa, just like of all these: Shopping malls Mini markets Casinos Bars and beach bars Restaurants Water-based activities On a more practical level, the nearest supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away, so it’s quick and easy to stock-up your kitchen. And it’s around 2 minutes by car to the local bank and hospital. With so much so near, you can walk to most places quickly and easily. But with 2 private parking spaces right outside the villa on the driveway, hiring a car is a great option too, as it gives you the freedom to explore more of Aruba if you want to.
