Need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out free of charge, depending on availability. These requests can only be reviewed within 24 hours of your arrival or departure and are not guaranteed at all properties. We kindly ask that you reach out closer to your check-in or check-out date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

★ Taxes & Fees – A 12.5% tourist tax, required by Aruba, will be added to your booking total. When comparing with other properties, you’ll notice our pricing is clear and straightforward, what you see is exactly what you pay, with no hidden fees.

★ Pest Control – Regular treatments are scheduled every two months, so the villa stays fresh and comfortable.

★ Local Wildlife – You may notice small lizards or birds in the garden, they’re part of Aruba’s charm and completely harmless.
