Finally, we invite you to start and end each day in the private yard with the swimming pool, lounge seating areas, and the dining set perfect for an al fresco BBQ meal, or you can also choose to relax in the ocean view pool in the front of the house with its accompanying lounge furniture, BBQ grill and dining table. You can enjoy the views of the sunset over the Boca Catalina Beach area directly from the patio.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
