[Cleaning] Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, each home is professionally deep-cleaned and prepared before you arrive and after you depart.

[Check-in/out] Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Earlier check-ins and later check-outs are possible depending on availability; an additional charge may apply.

[Meet & Greet] You will be welcomed at the home upon your arrival and helped to settle in.

[Wi-Fi & TV] Complimentary fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There are 3 smart TVs in the living area and all the bedrooms.

[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.

[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
