Questa bella residenza di città lussuosa è situata nella comunità gated 5 stelle di Gold Coast Villas. La proprietà si trova nella desiderabile zona di Malmok, a soli 3 minuti di auto dalle splendide spiagge e dal miglior snorkeling dell'isola. La Gold Coast si trova a pochi minuti dai negozi, dai ristoranti e dalla vita notturna del quartiere di Palm Beach.

La nostra casa offre una grande cucina, 6 persone zona pranzo, soggiorno, zona lavanderia, giardino privato esterno con sala da pranzo e lounging, 2. 5 bagni e 3 ampie camere da letto (2 camere con un letto matrimoniale, 3a camera da letto con 2 letti singoli) . La casa è completamente attrezzata per rendere la vostra visita una "casa lontano da casa".

Property location was awesome ! The unit was clean when we checked in but after being there a few days we decided to have cleaning people come in to refresh. Overall the place was very nice.

Amazing stay, would book again.

This is a beautiful, spacious condo. After a day at the beach, it was great to come back to this unit. There was plenty of space for 6, and the unit was well furnished and equipped. It is a 5 minute drive to Palm Beach, in a very safe, gated community. We would absolutely return again.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved your beautiful home, it was perfect for us and our children. It was very spacious and gave us all the accommodations we needed for our stay. We loved the extras, such as the cooler and beach chairs that were provided. They were wonderful to have since you can not bring that sort of thing when flying to a destination. All the extras in the kitchen were amazing as well, so helpful when making homemade meals for the family. The only suggestion I have for improvements would be to have more washcloths in the bathrooms, we were only provided with 1 washcloth for the 8 days we were there. It wasn't a problem, we managed to make it work, but it would have been nice to have had more. I had to contact Liz to find the location of the gym entry card and she was super friendly and helpful with helping me locate the card. 5 out of 5 stars and I will suggest this location to others. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Lovely Property

House was wonderful, everything you need. Very spacious, clean. Plenty of towels and sheets, plates and utensils. Comfortable beds, great grill if you plan to cook outdoors for a night. Beach and restaurants a 2 minute drive. Loved the house and the Gold Coast property. We’re returning next year but unfortunately this house was already booked. Thank you for the high boy beach chairs.

We love Aruba

This is our second time at Gold Coast we do love it there and will definitely return again. We were not happy with this unit for a few reasons. Please make sure to stop in and check on your home from time to time. The outdoor furniture, beach chairs and coffee machine all need to be replaced. I would recommend more beach items for families to use (goggles, sand toys ect). I would also recommend a hanging basket in the showers for shower items. We are not new to Aruba this was our 5th trip but we always find a book helpful with restaurant recommendations, description of beaches, activities, ect it’s just a thought to help the renters during our stay. We love Gold Coast and will definitely return but we will not rent this unit again.

Family Aruba Trip

Property was beautiful inside and immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of room having 3 bedrooms. So much better than a hotel! And reasonably priced. My family loved it! We’ve stayed at a Gold Coast property a few years ago and love the area. We’ve been to Aruba many times. The condo few minutes from Arashi beach and the Marriott hotel. We rent a jeep when we come to Aruba. Not a complaint but just a recommendation for the backyard. The inside like I said was beautifully decorated and immaculate but the yard did not match that appeal. The furniture was worn and taped together the table and chairs just need to be replaced as well as the couch. Could use a little more decor to make it as pleasant as the inside. Some flowers with an area rug and new furniture is definitely needed to enjoy a night using the BBQ. Would still stay here again because all else was great! Also recommend, Need to vacuum out the lint in dryer because took 2-3 hours to dry our towels and clothes, then we realized the lint screen was not working and was filled with loads of lint so my husband and I picked as much lint out as we could and then it worked a lot better. If we had a vacuum we could have cleaned it out more. But must be wasting a lot of electricity because dryer has to run for so long. Would have someone vacuum out the lint or get a new dryer. Because definitely took hours to dry clothes. And will be an ongoing issue if doesn’t get fixed for the cleaning people and future guests.

Great townhome and location

This was a great townhouse and we loved the location. It was exactly as the listing showed and Mary and Lis were extremely responsive. I highly recommend this rental.

Three weeks at Mary’s

We loved the location. Will try to rebook for next year. Mary and Lis were very attentive and responsive when we had a couple minor issues. Gold Coast has a wonderful club house and three great pools…everything we wanted as well as easy access to island spots. The condo was just what we were looking for.

January vacation in Aruba

Spent a week here with the friends. Property was really clean, great checkin info and the pool was really close to this unit. I'd recommend renting a car if you're staying here... makes it real easy to get to the beaches and into the hotel zones. Thanks for offering this great property Mary!!

Nice townhouse in a great location

Property was clean, well maintained and in a great location for us. Close to the golf course, beaches, and restaurants at Palm Beach we like to frequent. Only 5 or 10 minutes drive from townhouse.The townhouse is well equipped and has all amenities. We did not use the BBQ or cook meals there as we were only on vacation for 1 week and not wanting to cook or clean. We did use the local pool once which was nice. The only negative things I can say is it would be nice to have some shade in the patio area such as a pergola or an sun umbrella and liquid hand soap in the washrooms which was not provided for some reason. We will definitely consider renting again in the future.

1st trip to Aruba

Impeccable decor throughout the entire townhouse. Instructions provided, well before arriving in Aruba, were so helpful. Perfect location for us as it is a short distance to Tres Trapis and Arashi Beach, our favorite spots. We rented a car and would recommend doing that as it is away from the busy area but close enough to be there within 10 minutes. There wasn't a key for the gym but we wouldnt have used it anyway. Clubhouse pool was astounding and Salina's, the restaurant attached to the pool area had delicious food.

Gold Coast condo in Aruba

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 condo was really great! Complex is beautiful, 3 nice pools and a clubhouse with workout room. Everything was as described, lovely condo in a lovely location with beach chairs, towels and toys included. Well stocked kitchen made eating in easy. Would definitely come back to Mary's condo

Great stay

We had a little issue when we arrived but it was solved quickly. The property had everything we needed and the location was nice. We had a nice vacation in Aruba and the property contributed to that. Thanks for everything. I definitely recommend.

Perfect location for us

From my initial contact with Mary our requests and questions were answered. She is an incredibly easy person to communicate with. You will need a vehicle for and extended stay( 10 days for us). It is only 5-10 minutes from everything but we just found it easier to have our own vehicle. The development is extremely quiet and clean. The house was perfect for us. It is well equipped and very clean. We definitely felt at home. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first stay in Aruba and Mary the owner was very helpful in responding to all our questions and provided a welcome kit of information that was very useful. The location was 5 minutes by car from Arashi and Malmok Beach. Approximately 10 minutes drive from this townhouse was Palm Beach and Palm Beach Strip. With that said, renting a car is a must but all the action is very close. The Townhouse was very clean, accommodating, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and the patio had a newer Weber grill that was great to use at night after a long day at the beach. The Townhouse was equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and washer and dryer which was all very convenient for us during our stay. Lis the property manager was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions upon arrival. My only complaint was that the beds were very firm which was hard on my back. Other than that, all thumbs up. Thanks Mary for making our stay wonderful and fun. Jon

30th Anniversary Trip

We stayed with our 3 adult boys. Wonderful island, wonderful condo in a nice gated community. Plenty of close restaurants and stores. Beaches everywhere just minutes away. We rented a car so we could explore the whole island. Owner was quick to respond to questions and provided lots of information to help prepare for our trip.
