This vacation rental, approximately 42 square meters in size, is located in a central yet very quiet area of Norddeich; the dike and beach are just a few minutes’ walk away (about 400 meters).

In the cozy living area, you’ll find an L-shaped sofa and an armchair with a TV across from them. The dining area, complete with a dining table and four chairs, is also located here. The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials you’ll need for your vacation: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (single continuous mattress) and a large wardrobe; in the bathroom with a window, you’ll find a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a heated towel rack.

The spacious terrace is furnished with chairs, a table, and a beautiful beach chair. This area is also fenced in.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but dogs are welcome here.

The bathroom is tiled; the rest of the apartment features beautiful laminate flooring. The large living room window is equipped with electric roller shades, and all other windows (with the exception of the bathroom) have manual roller shades.

There is a parking space in front of the house, and a bike rack is available.

The vacation rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbor promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
