Brand-new (completion July 2026) vacation rental in Norddeich!<br><br>"Lüttje Sünn" = "Little Sun"<br><br>This newly built, high-end furnished apartment is located in a quiet yet very central part of Norddeich. The bright and spacious living area features a sofa, armchairs, a TV, board games, and a few books. The adjoining open-concept kitchen is fully equipped: Here you’ll find, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo capsule machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and blender. The washing machine is also located here. The dining table comfortably seats four people, and the lovely balcony is furnished with four chairs and a small table.<br><br>The apartment has two bedrooms: One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, and a TV; the second bedroom is located in the converted attic and features two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), dressers, and a TV. A safe is also available (without liability on our part).<br><br>The bathroom, which features a large skylight, includes a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and sink. In the storage room, you’ll find a clothes drying rack, iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies, and a crib. A high chair (Tripp-Trapp) is also provided in the apartment.<br><br>The main windows are equipped with fly screens; on the upper floor, all vertical windows have electric roller shutters. Pleated blinds (in the attic for blackout) are also provided. The entire upper floor is heated by comfortable underfloor heating; there is a radiator in the attic.<br><br>A parking space is located in front of the apartment. Here you will also find a lockable garden shed for storing bicycles. An electrical outlet for e-bikes will be installed shortly.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available! You will receive further information and prices with your booking confirmation.<br><br>The “Küstenkoje” and “Ebbe&Flut” accommodations are located in the same building, should you need more space.<br><br>The vacation rental is located in the popular North Sea spa town of Norddeich, just a few minutes from the dike, the beach, and the Wadden Sea.
