A special bonus for your getaway: During your stay, you’ll have access to our separate wellness area, featuring an infrared sauna, a relaxation area, and equipment for yoga and light exercise. Use of the wellness area is included in the room rate.

The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residential building and is easily accessible by elevator. A private parking space in the courtyard and a lockable bike storage room are also included with your stay.

The spacious, open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the Ankerplatz. Here you can enjoy breakfast together, plan the next day of your vacation, or simply put your feet up after an outing.

The electric fireplace in the living area adds a special touch of coziness. It creates a pleasant atmosphere, especially after a walk along the North Sea or on a cooler East Frisian day. The electrically adjustable recliner with a reclining function and footrest further invites you to relax.

Large windows let in plenty of natural light, while the private balcony offers the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air or to wind down the day in a relaxed manner.

Fully equipped open kitchen

The modern kitchen is integrated into the open living and dining area and is extensively equipped. Amenities include a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, and air fryer.

You’ll find everything you need for a cozy breakfast as well as for a night of cooking together.

Wellness & Infrared Sauna Included

A special highlight of your stay is our separate wellness area with an infrared sauna. After a bike ride, a long walk, or an eventful day at the North Sea, you can enjoy the pleasant warmth here and unwind.

In addition to the infrared sauna, you’ll find a cozy relaxation area as well as yoga mats, yoga blocks, pillows, and dumbbells in various weight classes for yoga, stretching, and light individual workouts.

Use of the wellness area is included in the room rate. The wellness area is available exclusively to guests of Tillmanns Ankerplatz and Tillmanns Stadtlounge and is shared by guests of both vacation rentals.

Restful Sleep & Comfortable Bathroom

The separate bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and offers the perfect conditions for restful nights.

Directly adjacent is the modern en suite bathroom with a spacious, walk-in shower, heated towel rack, and convenient storage options. There is also a separate guest restroom with a sink available for your use.

Families with small children are welcome

Tillmann’s Ankerplatz is ideal for couples—but young families with a small child are also warmly welcome.

Upon request, we provide a fold-out crib with an extra cozy mattress as well as a high chair. This way, young parents can also enjoy their North Sea vacation in comfort.

Free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth/hi-fi music system are all part of the amenities, as are electric blinds in the living areas.

A private parking space in the courtyard is available for your vehicle. Bicycles and e-bikes you bring with you can be stored safely in the lockable bike room.

Norddeich—with its beach, dike, and Wadden Sea—the Seals Sanctuary National Park House, the Ocean Wave water park, and the ferry connections to Norderney and Juist are all just a short distance away. The surrounding area is also perfect for exploring by bike.
