The "Zum Stall" vacation rental is located in a building complex with 3 apartments and was completed in February 2020. This vacation rental, furnished to a very high standard, leaves nothing to be desired. Large windows at the entrance and on the terrace side create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. On the first floor, you’ll find an open, modern, fully equipped kitchen. Here you can prepare delicious meals, which can then be enjoyed at the dining table next door. The living area features a modern sofa set that’s perfect for cozy evenings or TV nights with the flat-screen TV. From here, you have an unobstructed view of the garden with a lawn for sunbathing. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 2 m; a large sheet is required), a closet, and a flat-screen TV, and another bedroom with two single beds. The windows can be darkened with electric blinds. The view from the window is breathtaking. You can also enjoy the fresh air and sunshine on the furnished terrace. The sweeping view across the fields completes your relaxing vacation. Your dog is very welcome here and will be greeted with a treat! The newly built structure was modeled after the old historic Prahst village blacksmith shop. The property includes a 1,000-square-meter lot. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the adjacent bike shed. Wi-Fi is available!


The village of Leybuchtpolder is part of the city of Norden and is located about 3 km from Greetsiel. The fishing village is just a short bike ride away. The city of Norden and Norddeich are also a quick drive away. Leybuchtpolder has 463 residents spread out over a large area. The center of the village is the man-made village pond. The village also has a church, a sports field, a gym, and a school. At the Eschenhof restaurant, you can enjoy regional dishes. Various farms offer their products—such as eggs, potatoes, vegetables, honey, and jam—for sale.
