“Die Lage war wirklich traumhaft, wir hatten einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer, wo wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genossen haben. Max war wirklich total nett und hilfsbereit! Als wir unseren Aufenthalt durch Corona ungeplant um eine Woche verlängern mussten, konnten wir die Wohnung problemlos eine Woche länger buchen und wurden von Max mit Essen und Medikamenten versorgt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch die relativ zentrale Lage auf Sao Miguel war von Vorteil. Die Insel war wunderschön...

“Joao's house is beautiful, with room for 8 people. If you like gardens, you will love this place. The garden is absolutely lovely, with a beautiful view of the coast from one spot. Hot tub, BBQ, all great. Nice location walking distance from 2 good restaurants. Very warm and friendly host.”

“Manger of the hotel were helpful when was told we were denial we were SHOCKED but one day we stayed diff. hotel but went back next day. We were disappoints that we tried to canceled house rental they refused cost me 500$ for not using this house . we did tried to cancelled almost a week.Others were helpful and respected each other. “We enjoyed our stay- the location worked well for us. Samuel was responsive and we appreciated the pool towels and amenities. The Portuguese products and toiletries were a great touch - very thoughtful. The pool isn’t heated so we didn’t use it sadly- the weather was warm but the pool water was not. We did use the hot tub. The view is lovely and the space was great. I wish that the place was aired out before our visit as seemed stuffy and humid- but seemed to improve during the stay.”

Tradi Campo Quinta das Cycas is located in the small village of Algevaria in the Nordeste Region on the north east end of the Island. The highway is with in minutes and makes access to all your adventures very convenient. We loved our stay here!”

“Cozy home with wood stove at the north-east side of Sao Miguel, pleasantly welcomed by Ricardo on a late Saturday evening. Many hikes possible all over the island, often quite steep and always green! Nice experiences like swimming in natural springs and in the Atlantic on the west side where warmwater sources pour into the cold Atlantic. Weather varying from blue skies to a true storm, temperatures from 13-21 degrees C depending on night/day and mountain top/seaside.”

“We were greeted by Sandra, she was an excellent host, easy communication and she helped us with places to visit during our stay. The property was amazing with a little farm near by, with chickens, gooses, turkeys … the sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The location was near the airport and other view points. Upon arrival we were greeted with a fresh basket of eggs,bread,milk… We will return in the futur!”

“Amazing property and Host- we were going there thinking we would explore all the islands - but this property is Soo beautiful and peaceful that we decided to stay and recharge ourselves - only taking day trips around the island. Horacio and His family greeted us - what an amazing gesture and welcomed us and patiently explained the property and what we could expect on our trip. The house is just beautiful - exactly what the photos show and more - immaculately clean - views are out of this world....

“Grande maison, très bien située, proche de Ponta Delgada et des plages. Très bon accueil, nous sommes arrivés très tard le soir et Julieta était là pour nous accueillir. Accueil chaleureux. Julieta nous avait laissé de quoi déjeuner le 1er matin. La maison a de grands espaces, une chouette terrasse où l'on peut manger à l'abri. Il y a une place de parc dans l'allée de la maison mais aussi de la place devant la maison. Très pratique.”

“La propriété était totalement conforme à l’annonce. Le propriétaire a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. La propreté de la maison et son extérieur étaient impeccable, les Açores en général se distinguent par un niveau très élevé de propreté partout. La maison est un peu à l’extrémité de l’île de Sao Miguel, environ 50 minutes de voiture de l’aéroport, dans un petit village tranquille et facile d’accès.”

“Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Beira Mar. Schöne Aussicht, gemütliche Schlafbereiche, gute Ausstattung und super Reisetipps im vorangegangenen Zoom-Call. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes ungebetene, tierische Gäste, die unsere Stimmung während des Aufenthaltes etwas trübten. Darum kümmert sich Alain wohl demnächst.”

"We were and my wife , my daughter with 2 your children . We got what they call a villa : 2 bed rooms with a living room in the middle . Perfect setting . Beautiful view . Very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and all staff very, very helpful."

"Molto carina la struttura, con parcheggio condiviso con un negozio a fianco. La nostra camera al piano terra, a fianco la porta d ingresso e si sentiva ogni volta che qualcuno entrava con il codice o usciva. Spaziosa, ma poteva essere organizzata meglio, con un attaccapanni per le giacche per esempio. Nella camera erano presenti alcuni insetti attaccati al soffitto, non ci hanno dato particolari problemi, ma non sono belli da vedere. La colazione buona e il personale gentilissimo. Tenendo conto del fatto che in ogni caso si tratta di un ostello, ci siamo trovati bene."
