“Die Zimmer waren sauber,würden jeden Tag gereinigt und immer genug frische Handtücher gab es auch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend.Kaffee stand auf den Tischen und es gab noch einen Automaten wo mann sich Kaffee nehmen könnte.Zu Fuß war mann in25min in der Altstadt.”

“Bellissima struttura ricavata in un'ala del monastero benedettino del 12° secolo. Camera molto spaziosa con grandi finestre. Bellissimo il chiostro dove abbiamo fatto un'ottima colazione e la chiesa medioevale. Nel complesso storico un ristorante, uno spaccio, una distilleria e un Biergarten. Goslar raggiungibile in 15 minuti in auto. ”

“When we arrived we were given a ticket to park the car in their own private car park, which was very helpful. The room was spacious and the amenities were well kept and clean. A very good location also, as it was placed in a beautiful part of Wernigerode but also only 10 minutes walk away from 2 of the Harz Railway stations and a mainline station. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, schlicht und zugleich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem und alles war sauber. Besonders positiv war die Flexibilität beim Check-in sowie der freundliche Umgang mit unseren Wünschen bezüglich veganer Alternativen zum Frühstück, wir dachten, wir fragen einfach mal nach, und es wurde direkt darauf eingegangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.”

“I was unable to check in on my confirmed date, as this was on a Wednesday when the place is closed. I read the instructions in the booking that travellers must contact the property at least 24 hours before check in - which is 1 pm to 2.30 pm! I tried to contact a number I found on the website (not provided with booking) which reached an answer phone without an option to leave a message nor text.
