The 110 m² Sommergrün vacation rental is located on the first floor of the house and captivates guests with its blend of historic charm and modern style. Direct access to the private garden area with a dining area and lounge chairs—not to mention the magnificent view of the surrounding fields and the garden—makes this location particularly charming.

With three bedrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Living Area
In the spacious living/dining area, you can relax on the comfortable sofa, read, watch TV... and on cold days, gaze into the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove. From the windows, you can look out over your own garden area and out onto the wide field.​

​Cooking in the Countryside
In the kitchen, we’ve made sure to provide a wide range of equipment so that you’ll have everything you need for a cozy cooking experience. You’ll find a large selection of cookware, and everything from cake pans to a hand blender is provided. The fully automatic espresso machine is stocked with a starter supply of espresso beans upon your arrival, so you won’t have to worry about your first few cups of coffee.

The cozy bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds where you might even want to spend an entire day of your vacation. Upon your arrival, the beds will be freshly made and towels will be ready for you.

In the Garden
In the private garden area, which borders directly on the apartment, you’ll find a large dining area, lounge chairs, and a Weber grill for pleasant hours outdoors. Cushions and blankets for cooler evenings are available inside the apartment. The spacious property covers approximately 8,000 m² and is perfect for taking walks right from your front door.

This apartment is particularly well-suited for families with children, as there are no stairs to climb and you can keep an eye on the kids in the fenced-in garden even while cooking.
