“We had a wonderful time at Channers which suited us perfectly. Set in beautiful gardens, within walking distance to the shopping centre, and with a neat little car included in the price. We stayed at Apartment One in the original homestead, and we had loads of room and lots of comfort among the beauty of Norfolk Island. We will definitely be visiting again.”

“Older accommodation. Clean, spacious, beds comfortable, full kitchen facilities. Didn't see the "rain shower head" in the bathroom though :) . There was however a shower curtain that liked to "get up close and personal". Would be no good for elderly as car parking was 50 meters from the units down a steep grassy hill and poorly lit. Complex operated by the upmarket Governors lodge. Need to collect and drop off keys at the lodge. No reception on site at the crest. We had a few problems with the...

“Our second stay here in 8 months. On this occasion we booked the chalet which is completely separate to the other guest accommodation. Is is one bedroom with a king size bed that converts to twin beds if required. The Retreat is quiet and peaceful, even with a full compliment of guests staying. Karen is a superb host and is a great credit to the property. We thought this might be our last visit to Norfolk Island given the world has re-opened but it is just such a relaxing place, so...

“The apartment was reasonably comfortable and conveniently located. Wifi wasn't available and some appliances weren't in working order. Wandering chooks left their mark. On the whole an enjoyable week.”

“Rooms catered for our needs in a simple but elegant and comfortable way. Lovely Robert Gordon pottery and linens hopefully give an idea. Outlook with views of rolling countryside and the sea were what we were after, and needed, to completely relax and forget anything back home allowing us to just enjoy the peace and quiet, the clean air, birds out the back. “We loved our stay at Crown Hibiscus just out of town (Burnt Pine). It was a 10 minute walk into town but everybody has and needs a rental car on Norfolk but this too was seamlessly organised for us. Nothing was a problem for the very friendly staff. Our unit was nicely furnished with modern amenities which we did not expect. Even a picnic back pack was supplied as there are MANY delightful BBQ & picnic settings all around the lovely island and in the knowledge that there are only supplies/shops...
