“Property under major renovation and not once was it mentioned on line or anywhere else. Literally walked through power tools, tarps, construction workers to get to the elevator. Our room appeared to have been renovated already but smelled like bug spray. The refrigerator was warm. The coffee maker didn't have an accessible outlet to plug it in and the people who were sent to assist in resolving any of this did not speak English and were trying to translate on an app. We could still not...
