“The pictures on your website made it seem like it was a refurbished motel with great beach access. Upon arrival we realized the property was in a bad area. Feeling unsafe we did not stay and proceeded to find accommodations elsewhere. The property caters to homeless, welfare and drug customers. Next day I wasn't even given a receipt for checkout and was told property would refund me. Checking my credit card statement and seeing a charge but no refund I disputed the charges. “Oceanfront, free breakfast daily, hot water, Nescafe coffee/tea/cocoa machine in lobby accessible during lobby hours, dogs accepted for a $30 daily fee and max total for your stay is $150.
The property is kept clean, however there were numerous cigarette butts on the grounds especially near the nice fountain feature near the parking lot. The staff were very nice and helpful. There's a very nice dog run/potty area.
The fencing needs repair as there was a German shepherd type dog that jumped...
