“I’ve been staying in this room for 2 days, and the shower water still isn’t draining properly. The bathroom gets messy, and overall the room is not clean. The receptionist was also not helpful when I raised the issue. On top of that, the room was completely different from what was recommended and shown during booking. The only thing that was working is air conditioning.
Overall Very disappointing experience.”

“Clean and fresh hotel at a good price. We were in Norfolk for one night to visit the Chrysler Museum and the botanical gardens. The Sourdough pizza place down the street was great.”

“It was ok
The only issue was the bathroom needed to be cleaned properly. I saw hair shavings on the sink and in the shower. I had to get them to change the pillow case because it smelled like someone already slept on it. Front Desk was polite.”
