This home features three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms, plus one sofa bed in the downstairs family room and one air bed. The space
This luxurious 2800+ square foot ranch style home is located in a family-friendly quiet neighborhood in Normal. This home includes two master suites!
The "open concept" main floor living space includes a comfortable living room with 55" smart TV, one master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and attached full bath. There is also a spacious kitchen / dining area, and a second bedroom with two twin beds, and an additional full bath. On this floor you also find the laundry room with a washer and dryer you are welcome to use.
Downstairs, you will find a large family room with 55" smart TV and a gaming area complete with a board game table. The sofa in the downstairs family room doubles as a sofabed and offers a queen-sized memory foam mattress. A second master suite with a queen-sized bed and an attached full-sized bathroom is also downstairs. A Pack N Play can be found in the large walk-in closet in the downstairs master suite. Downstairs there is also a desk that is perfect for the work-from-home professional.
A queen-sized air mattress is available upon request.
Out back, you will find a covered patio with quality, comfortable furniture. There is a ceiling fan and can lights in the covered area. A peaceful spot to unwind in the evenings.

Super easy self check-in via a keypad code is provided for your convenience.
For your comfort, there is an attached garage you are welcome to use during your stay. There is also driveway space for two cars. No street parking, please.
