“We were impressed with the size of the hillside room. The flooring was very nice with tile throughout. The bathroom was amazing! It had a very large shower with beautiful tile. The shower fixture needs adjustment, though some of the features on it weren’t working like the rain head. But the water is very hot. “The hot tub did not work, the water was too cold to get in. The carpets were staind, the side door to get in with my key did not work. This is the 2nd time Holiday Inn Express has disappointed me. ”
