The 2 bed 2 baths Upstairs apartment is located close to OU Campus, to Norman Regional Hospital, and a short drive from many restaurants and bars.
It is a unit on an apartment complex, a fully furnished apartment with all the modern amenities.
Contact less check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.

CART bus stop on property. Walking distance from the stadium, restaurants, and bars.
Guests have access to pools and laundry. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch.
Ample parking is available.
A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.
Sanitizing Kit is also available at the listing.
Guests are only able to cast their phones to TV.
No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

Great Place!

We stayed at this apartment while we were in town to tour OU. We loved it. It was super comfortable and there were little amenties that made the apartment very nice (snacks/water/sodas). Plus there were pods for the clothes and dishwasher. We didn't need those, but it was super nice that they were there. There were also extra blankets which was nice. All in all a great experience. The ONLY negative is that it smelled like smoke when we walked in. I think they had renovated it and the previous owners had smoked. The smell was not overwhelming and honestly it disapeared while we were in the apartment. But everytime we opened the door we smelled it. It did not bother us, but if you are sensitive to smoke, it's something to think about.

Excellent apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Norman while moving our student out of OU. The furnishings were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. We will be looking at staying again in the future.

Spring Weekend at OU

Property is accessible to main streets and on complex itself. Host was good at communication re:expected behavior, check-in, and check-out process. Clean property inside and out. Large, bright, clean, and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.So many amenities. Loud neighbors one night so delayed me falling asleep, but there were no further issues. Great pricing! Will definitely look to book with host again.

Smoke alarm 🚨 for hours next door

We had a problem with another property within the complex had a smoke alarm that went off for hours and was extremely loud and hurt the ears. We thought it would get taken care of since many are permanent residents around us but at 1015pm it is still alarming. We called and they said they would send maintenance. An hour later if this horrible alarm still alarming we called again. They said they could take care of it at midnight. It upon providing a video the property management did have someone come out and by 1230am the alarm went silent and we were able to finally sleep. It was unfortunate but grateful it eventually was silenced. Would have liked to slept longer as we didn’t have much sleep until it was silenced - but thank you for listening and helping.
