“The owner is EXTREMELY responsive, which is a huge positive as apposed to other cottage owners. The property is located steps (probably not more than 5) from the water. Amazing sunrise and sun set. The cottage is equipped with everything as specified in the ad. It is a lot more spacious than photos show. There are groceries near by, cell service and wifi signal is great. I would definitely re-book when it’s hotter outside as the lake was frozen for winter.”

“We stayed here during our white water rafting trip. The place is quiet, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The host was so responsive and responded to me within minutes of asking a question. The host also suggested some great places to eat. We enjoyed Milanos Pizza and River Barn restaurant after our trip with Wilderness tours. We have small children and there is a little park directly across the street. “My family of five had a great long weekend here. Clean and spacious house, great deck, firepit and dock by a clear and quiet lake. General store and a few restaurants just a few mins drive away. Shelley and Henry were wonderful hosts and made sure we settled in well. Highly recommend!”

Sunsets are amazing, and we were lucky to be there post-season, so not sure how busy the beach gets during the summer. Water was very shallow. Great and safe for families with small children, but if you expecting to jump into the water this is not your location (at no fault to Laurie and Kevin!) This cottage met our goals and gave us the opportunity to unwind and relax!”

We took advantage of the area's attractions such as local antique car show, biking, hiking and the Bonnechere caves. The lake is very clean and clear and was great for swimming. I would recommend the provision of a microwave and bath towels to make it even better. Overall was a great value.”
