“Breakfast was not fresh. Kitchen is under construction. Breakfast was delivered the night before. (Choices at check in)
Breakfast items were okay 6/7 out of 10.
There was a water issue during our stay...not the hotels fault. Poor communication, phone went straight to voice mail. Did not know what was going on. Issue was resolved later in the morning. Our rate was discounted 15% to make up the inconvenience.
Overall experience positive.

“I stayed here last summer and was pleasantly surprised by their dock and private beach. I stayed again with my wife when I came to North Bay on business in winter. The staff are pleasant to deal with and the rooms are adequate. I tend to stay at more expensive hotels, but found the price/quality tradeoff to be quite good here. I will be back in the future.”
