  • We welcome you to Highview Hideaway, a newly renovated cottage tucked into the quiet and beautiful neighbourhood of Schurman's point.

    Centrally located for all your beach, golfing, shopping, and dining needs:

    The space
    This quaint 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage is located on a private road and has water access that is a short 5 minute walk away. The beach is great for walking but we strongly recommend bringing water shoes for walking and swimming.

    By request, a pack and play, baby monitor, infant tub, infant/toddler indoor and outdoor toys, high chair, and outlet covers can be made available.

    The cottage has a dedicated office space, Bell Wireless Internet, new ductless heat pump for AC and heat, Netflix, and Chromecast TV.

    Guest access
    You will have access to the entire cottage, swing set, fire pit, exterior building that stores bonfire supplies, yard games, beach chairs, outdoor toddler items if requested.

This property was simply outstanding! It has every amenity you can possible think off, and then some. The cleanliness was impeccable. Very family friendly. Very comfortable beds. Huge yard for adult and/or family activities. We are planning a return trip for summer 2026. Hostess was most friendly and accommodating.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Hannah and Carson’s cottage. It is cosy and beautifully decorated; the beds are comfortable, which is just what you need when you’re tired after a day of exploring the Island. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped; the latter is even stocked with beach towels, Q-tips, flossers, extra toothpaste and hair ties, which is really thoughtful!I enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the birds in the morning. We may have even seen a bald eagle, but I’m not sure.The cottage is conveniently located a few minutes away from Summerside, and many attractions are only a short drive away. We had a delicious lunch at Evermoore Brewing the first Saturday of our trip, while listening to a group of Celtic musicians play in the restaurant. Hannah and Carson provided a lovely welcome package at the cottage, including some of the Island’s tasty treats, and information about attractions, restaurants, and beaches.If you’re looking for the perfect “home away from home” for your PEI vacation, I cannot recommend Hannah’s cottage highly enough. I only wish we could have stayed longer than a week!
