“The staff is very friendly, especially Giselle the receptionist, she helped me feel at home, I loved the hotel, I would definitely go back, the only thing I didn't like is that I ordered sugar and cream at night for my coffee and a young man told me that they didn't have any more, obviously I didn't believe him I guess he didn't want to bother, but that doesn't mean I don't come back, I highly recommend it.”
“Staff both days were fantastic and exceptional on helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help us find public pickelball courts as university did not have any PB facilities open. Rooms spotless. All staff friendly and always asking if they could help with anything. No free breakfast but easy trade for cost savings, safe free parking on site and perfect location to quick access anywhere in New Brunswick. Thank you!! We will be back! ”
“We stayed here for some emergency shelter as there was a big storm that hit us hard & fast. We initially hunkered down at Trader Joe's when we quickly realized we would be stuck for the night. The hotel staff welcomed us with a smile. The room was clean and very big with 2 queen size beds. Best of all, as we woke up early to go back to our own home, there was breafast in the morning. That was a nice surprise after a pretty scary & exhausting evening.”
