“The place was very clean and in a nice neighborhood - very close to the Citadel. The place was great for a girl's weekend where we were on the go most of the time and the parking spot was very handy for our rental car. The park across the street was lovely. As this is a basement apartment, we could hear the footsteps of those upstairs, but it didn't bother us. ”

“Pluses: Roomier than pictures show, good location with parking spot, fridge and Keurig. Minus: Barn door wouldn’t close for bathroom, noisy bathroom fan, batteries out on under counter lights and fan remote. ”

“Parking was difficult. Apparently, our room didn't qualify for driveway parking; we had to park on the street. Got a good spot upon arrival, but we were hesitant to drive for fear of losing a parking spot on a street with few first come street parking. Nice elderly ladies, one told me she was in her 80's, cleaned and stocked continental breakfast. Easy to talk with, but kept telling me how exhausted she was having to work. “Great location, just like pictures, basic but worked well for us and our small dog. Great neighborhood to walk in day or night. Only negative, at times we could hear the owner’s family walking and taking above. But overall a good experience. Thanks”
