Elegante Cape in North Chatham ~ A piedi dalla spiaggia privata del quartiere

Bellissimo mantello nel raffinato quartiere di Harbour Cove. Recentemente rinnovato con tutti i nuovi arredi ed elettrodomestici. 4 bagni, 2 bagni e doccia esterna chiusa con acqua calda. Aria condizionata centralizzata, TV via cavo e smart (Netflix, Amazon), WiFi. Cucina ben attrezzata. Lenzuola / asciugamani, teli mare, sedie a sdraio, ombrellone, giochi di sabbia e dispositivo di raffreddamento sono inclusi.

Cammina fino alla nostra spiaggia privata dell'associazione o guida a Jackknife Beach (meno di 5 minuti). Breve guida al centro di Chatham (3. 5 mi), pista ferroviaria e molte spiagge.

La nostra casa ha un layout luminoso e aperto con un ampio soggiorno a due piani, una bella sala da sole per quattro stagioni e uno spazio ricreativo aggiuntivo nel seminterrato finito, con giocattoli e videogiochi (Xbox 360) per i bambini e un biliardino. Installazione perfetta per due famiglie o una famiglia allargata con due camere matrimoniali (regina e re). La cucina è ben attrezzata per lo chef della famiglia.

C'è una terrazza all'aperto con grill a gas, tavolo da pranzo e posti a sedere in salotto. Goditi la doccia esterna chiusa (con acqua calda) dopo una giornata in spiaggia. La nostra casa è situata su 2/3 di un acro e offre privacy e tranquillità. Il quartiere è tranquillo e silenzioso, una zona meravigliosa per passeggiare o andare in bicicletta con vista sull'acqua tutto intorno.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. It is in a lovely neighborhood and the location is great, a perfect spot from which to explore Chatham and its beaches, as well as the rest of the Cape.

This is a great property that was everything that was listed. There was a small beach within walking distance but the beach we used nearly everyday was a two-three minute drive of the house called Jack Knife Beach. It was great for the kids and for us since it has parking and it’s free. Downtown Chatham, Cape League Baseball and Chatham Bars Inn are all close by. Christina does a nice job with this property. We would definitely rent it again!

This was our third stay at this lovely property. The house is very well equipped, comfortable and with several great spaces for socializing inside and out. Stayed with 2 other couples. Great location in Chatham.

The house was amazing and so spacious...our host was incredibly responsive. The house was immaculate and all the beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable- great place to stay on the few rainy days we had to lounge. Plenty of room in the living room, sun room and basement for our family of 4 and another family of 4 that stayed with us to have our own areas to play, read, nap!

The house was clean and up to date. The neighborhood and local beach was an instant favorite. If you enjoy walking, the neighborhood offers great walking. The house is close to Chatham and Nauset. The host could not have been more responsive. The house is also nicely equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful! Our kids loved it and the downstairs bedroom/bath were perfect for my mother. The house was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed! Would love to book again.

We visted Chatham for a long weekend to attend a family wedding and were very fortunate to find this rental. It was exactly as advertised, even better ! The place is really large, with plenty of room to relax both indoors and out . The owners have thought of all the extras and comfort items to make this an ideal retreat. We were on the road for a couple of weeks, so having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. The kitchen was really well stocked so making a meal was a breeze. The area is quiet and beautiful, a great place if you are a walker and town and restaurants close by . Some of our family have a vacation rental home and they commented on the level of upkeep done and got some ideas about improving their own place . Christine was quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend a stay here and Sept on the Cape did not disapoint. It is our favorite time to visit there and the weather was fantastic. Thanks to the owners for sharing the home. We hope to come back and visit again soon

Deceptively large home, When you pull into the driveway my first thought was this is smaller than expected. Boy was I wrong, great layout, the room off the kitchen was relaxing an inviting to sit and have a morning cup of coffee. The game room/play area in the basement was perfect for family game nights....The location was ideal for us as we beach hopped all week long. We would definitely rent this home again....

Great place to spend a week at the Cape -- everything was super comfortable, house is in great shape and well maintained, and one of the best-equipped vacation houses we've ever stayed in (actual sharp knives in the kitchen, plates/cups for kids, nice gas grill, toys for kids from toddler through teenager -- puzzles, cars, legos, foosball, video games). Great location close to beaches and everything in Chatham. We stayed with grandparents and two kids (5 and 3), everyone was wildly happy. Owner was very fast to respond, we had no issues just a couple questions. Highly recommend!

Overall the property was great. The outdoor space on the back deck allowed us to enjoy the nice weather and the living room and basement allowed us to unwind at the end of the day. Christina was very responsive.
